In short
Goldmend is a restoration puzzle game developed by Barnat Labs. You do not need an account to play. Your progress is stored only on your own device; we do not collect personal data about you or keep it on our servers.
Ads in the game are served by Google AdMob and only appear when you choose to watch one to earn a hint. Purchases are made through Google Play (the App Store on iOS).
What stays on your device
Your progress, collection, hints, settings and purchase status are kept in the app’s storage on your device. They are not sent to us. Deleting the app deletes them.
The diagnostics screen (a developer tool) runs only on your device; its reports are never sent anywhere automatically.
Ads (Google AdMob)
Rewarded ads are optional: they appear only when you are out of hints and choose to watch one. To serve and measure ads, prevent abuse and, with your consent, personalise them, Google may collect and process device identifiers such as the advertising ID, your IP address, and device and app information.
Where required (for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), Google’s consent form is shown. You can change your choice at any time under Settings > Ad privacy, and reset your advertising ID or turn off personalised ads in your device settings.

Purchases
Payments for purchases such as “Remove ads” are taken by Google Play or the App Store. We never see your card or payment details; the app only receives confirmation that the purchase is valid and stores it on your device.
Children
Goldmend is designed for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children of that age.
Your rights
Because we keep no personal data, there is no record about you for us to delete; you can remove the data on your device by deleting the app. You can exercise your rights over data processed by Google (access, deletion, objection) with Google. For questions under the GDPR or Turkey’s KVKK, write to us.

Reklamlar (Google AdMob)
Ödüllü reklamlar isteğe bağlıdır: yalnızca ipucu hakkın bittiğinde ve sen reklam izlemeyi seçtiğinde gösterilir. Reklamı göstermek, ölçmek, kötüye kullanımı önlemek ve izin verdiysen kişiselleştirmek için Google; reklam kimliği gibi cihaz tanımlayıcılarını, IP adresini, cihaz ve uygulama bilgilerini toplayıp işleyebilir.
Gerekli olduğu bölgelerde (örneğin Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı ve Birleşik Krallık) Google’ın izin formu gösterilir. Tercihini Ayarlar > Reklam gizliliği bölümünden istediğin zaman değiştirebilirsin. Cihazının ayarlarından reklam kimliğini sıfırlayabilir veya kişiselleştirilmiş reklamları kapatabilirsin.

Satın alımlar
“Reklamları kaldır” gibi satın alımların ödemesi Google Play veya App Store tarafından alınır. Kart ve ödeme bilgilerini görmeyiz; uygulamaya yalnızca satın almanın geçerli olduğu bilgisi iletilir ve cihazında saklanır.
Çocuklar
Goldmend yetişkinler için tasarlanmıştır ve 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir. Bu yaştaki çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamayız.
Hakların
Kişisel veri tutmadığımız için bizde silinecek bir kaydın yoktur; cihazındaki verileri uygulamayı silerek kaldırabilirsin. Google’ın işlediği verilerle ilgili haklarını (erişim, silme, itiraz) Google’a karşı kullanabilirsin. 6698 sayılı KVKK ve GDPR kapsamındaki soruların için bize yazabilirsin.
