Your licence
We give you a limited, non-transferable right to use the game for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying, selling, modifying or reverse-engineering the game or its content is not allowed, except where the law permits it.
Content
The artworks in the game are original designs inspired by real museum pieces; they are not copies of any real object. The information cards are based on museum and UNESCO sources and are for general information. The game’s images, texts and sounds belong to the developer or are licensed.
Purchases
Purchases are subject to the terms of Google Play or the App Store, and refund requests follow that store’s policy. “Remove ads” is a one-time purchase that can be restored on another device with the same store account. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Ads
Rewarded ads are optional. Google and the advertisers are responsible for the content of the ads.
Liability
The game is provided “as is”. Because your progress is stored only on your device, to the extent the law allows we are not liable for data lost when a device is lost or reset or the app is deleted.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the current version is published in the app and on our website. Last updated: 2026-09-27. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

Kullanım hakkı
Oyunu kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanman için sana sınırlı, devredilemez bir kullanım hakkı veririz. Oyunu veya içeriğini kopyalamak, satmak, değiştirmek ya da tersine mühendislik yapmak yasalarca izin verilen durumlar dışında yasaktır.
İçerik
Oyundaki eserler, müzelerdeki gerçek örneklerden esinlenen özgün tasarımlardır; gerçek bir müze eserinin kopyası değildir. Bilgi kartları müze ve UNESCO kaynaklarına dayanır ve genel bilgilendirme amaçlıdır. Oyunun görselleri, metinleri ve sesleri geliştiriciye aittir veya lisanslıdır.
Satın alımlar
Satın alımlar Google Play veya App Store şartlarına tabidir; iade talepleri ilgili mağazanın politikasına göre değerlendirilir. “Reklamları kaldır” tek seferlik bir satın almadır ve aynı mağaza hesabıyla başka bir cihaza geri yüklenebilir. Yasal tüketici hakların saklıdır.
Reklamlar
Ödüllü reklamlar isteğe bağlıdır. Reklamların içeriğinden Google ve ilgili reklam verenler sorumludur.
Sorumluluk
Oyun “olduğu gibi” sunulur. İlerlemen yalnızca cihazında saklandığı için cihazın kaybolması, sıfırlanması veya uygulamanın silinmesi hâlinde oluşan veri kayıplarından, yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde sorumlu değiliz.
Değişiklikler ve hukuk
Bu şartları güncelleyebiliriz; güncel hâli uygulamada ve web sitemizde yayımlanır. Son güncelleme: 2026-09-27. Bu şartlara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır.
